Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Giftfeels, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at vishaal.builds@gmail.com or +91 9005762006. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns

Because our products are festive decorative items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items as described above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI or card) within 5-7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
